HOW IT WORKS

Therapy is a collaborative effort and works best when it is consistent. It is a place to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Prior to starting therapy, you will complete a brief phone consultation with your therapist to ask any questions, discuss scheduling preferences, and to ensure that you and Sweetbriar are a good fit. Sessions will be held at the same time on a weekly basis, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and your therapist.

GET STARTED

Once your electronic paperwork is complete, you will begin therapy over video calls. We understand that life is unpredictable and cancellations happen. We will try our best to reschedule within the week, but we request a 48-business-hour notice of any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged the full rate of the session.

COMMIT

Therapy is a process that is often a long-term commitment. You and your therapist will regularly work together as a team to establish goals, evaluate progress, and reassess needs.
